Will Facebook replace government websites?

Chris Vein, the CIO for the city and county of San Francisco, is raising an interesting question about whether governments will have to keep running their own websites. He says government websites may no longer be the primary way the public gets information about their government entities. Facebook may be stepping in to provide that information and a better, faster conversation about government services.
