The White House's cybersecurity legislative proposal
Senior administration officials announced May 12 the White House would soon propose cybersecurity legislation. A copy of the legislation had not been publically released by the Obama administration as of 3:30 p.m. on May 12, but a copy was obtained by FierceGovernmentIT and can be found below. The legislation is broken into eight sections:
