Twitter.com is coming to Washington, D.C. A job posting from the micro-blogging service seeks a "Government Liaison," to oversee a fledgling public policy department. This individual would support "policymakers, political organizations and government officials and agencies" to help them use Twitter. Among the qualifications is "diplomatic instincts."
