The Sunlight Foundation has created a database of businesses' official public comments on Regulations.gov. Users can search for a business on the Influence Explorer site to see whether the company has submitted official comments in the federal register, or whether another commenter has mentioned the company. In a release, Sunlight added that this data allows, for the first time, bulk download of the complete text of a docket or even entire agency from Regulations.gov. Sunlight also added two more accountability datasets. One is from the Environmental Protection Agency's ECHO database, matching companies in Influence Explorer to those listed as defendants in enforcement actions from the EPA's database. The other lists Federal Advisory Committee members on the Influence Explorer page of any company they are affiliated with.
