Got a secret message? You can now utilize an once highly secret invisible ink recipe from World War I, which the CIA got around to declassifying and releasing publically on April 19. "When historical information is no longer sensitive, we take seriously our responsibility to share it with the American people," said CIA director Leon Panetta--who didn't discuss exactly how long information need no longer be sensitive in order for it to be released.
