The Pentagon has given the green light for (ISC)2 credentials. It requires all DoD information assurance workers obtain a professional certification accredited under the global ANSI/ISO/IEC Standard 17024. The requirement could affect 100,000 DoD information security personal. (ISC)2 is a non-profit global education and certifying organization for information security professions. Article
