SPOTLIGHT: Hacker tapped as Fed cyber adviser

The federal government has decided to enhance its computer security by turning to a former hacker for advice. Jeff Moss was, at one time, a computer hacker (aka "Dark Tangent") and a star among young hackers who flock to the Defcon conference in Las Vegas. Moss, 39, is the founder of the Black Hat and Defcon hacker and security conferences. Article
