The first CTO is...?
There's a big guessing game going around D.C. about who President Obama will name as the first Chief Technology Officer. The latest name to circulate as the possible pick for Obama's chief technology officer is Virginia's secretary of technology, Aneesh Chopra, according to Nextgov.com
There have been plenty of other names thrown out into public view, including D.C.'s CTO Vivek Kundra, who is expected to be named to head e-gov and information technology at the Office of Management and Budget. There have also been reports that the CTO's job has been significantly downgraded.
