Audio: OPM officials provide USAJobs 3.0 update
Office of Personnel Management Director John Berry and OPM Senior Policy Advisor Kathy Dillaman spoke with reporters Nov. 3 regarding the status of USAJobs 3.0, the recently launched and highly problematic federal jobs website managed by OPM.
Also on the phone call, which lasted approximately 2 hours, was Matthew Perry, the OPM chief information officer.
"We are not declaring victory here today. I am not here to say that the system is perfect," Berry said. "I am here to say we have turned this around."
