-- Quest Honored for Supporting Military Service Members and Their Families --

ROCKVILLE, Md – October 11, 2012 – Quest Software (now a part of Dell) was named to the USO of Metropolitan Washington’s (USO-Metro) 2012 Circle of the Stars for the second consecutive year. The USO-Metro Circle of Stars is comprised of corporate donors who provide generous funding to support military service members and their families.

“As a company, we deliver solutions that enable our military and defense communities to accomplish their missions. Providing support for programs that help our nation’s service members and their families is an important way to give back to the community that keeps us safe,” said Paul Christman, executive director at Quest Software, now a part of Dell. “We are honored to receive a 2012 Circle of the Stars award and are looking forward to continuing our support for USO-Metro.”

Quest Software was recognized at the 9th Annual Stars and Stripes event, an annual fundraiser that brings together USO-Metro supporters, members of the business community, wounded heroes, and local celebrities. Benefits from the USO-Metro’s Stars and Stripes event support area service members and their families, including those who are injured and recovering.

“Year after year, USO-Metro is able to provide support to our military service members and their loved ones thanks to the generosity of corporate donors like Quest Software,” said Elaine Rogers, president of USO-Metro. “The programs and services USO-Metro can support wouldn’t be possible without the help of these companies and we’re thrilled to see such wholehearted dedication to our mission.”
