CATONSVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Maryland Cyber Investment Partners (MCIP), an advisory-centric investment firm focused on the cyber security market, today named Michael “Mike” Jacobs, a distinguished executive and consultant with a 46-year career in the intelligence community, to its Board of Advisors. An advisor to numerous companies and cyber security industry groups, Jacobs previously served as a vice president and director of the Cyber and National Security Program for SRA International, Inc. Prior to SRA, he was the Information Assurance (IA) director at the National Security Agency (NSA). Under his leadership, NSA began implementing its IA strategy to protect the defense information infrastructure and as appropriate, the national information infrastructure.
