GUIDENT AWARDED BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT BY U.S. SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION

Company to Provide Oracle Software Engineering Services Agency-wide

Herndon, VA – November 27, 2012 – Guident, a leading integrator of data analytics and systems engineering services to the government and commercial marketplaces, today announced that it has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The five-year BPA, with a not to exceed value of $64.5 million, is for software engineering services to define, design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the functionality of applications using the Oracle platform.

“Guident has been successfully supporting the SEC mission for years, and we are excited to be able to build upon our Oracle-related technology initiatives with this new BPA,” said Dan Ackerman, Executive Vice President, Guident. “As an Oracle partner, we have the in-house expertise to be able to deliver significant results for the SEC. This expertise, along with our significant past performance, perfectly positioned Guident to win this contract.”

Awarded through the GSA Schedule 70 contracting vehicle, Guident will directly support the SEC Office of Information Technology (OIT) by providing the following services:

• System design, development, integration, maintenance, implementation, and enhancement
• Database administration and operation support
• Infrastructure, application, and solution architecture management
• Business IT consulting services

OIT is responsible for organizing, implementing, and managing an integrated IT program to support the SEC, including agency headquarters and regional/district operations. Guident will provide services associated with the SEC’s Oracle applications such as Oracle Application Server, Oracle Service Oriented Applications Suite, Oracle Business Process Manager, Oracle Web Center, Oracle Universal Content Manager, and Oracle 11g Relational Database Management System.

“This work is important to us and we look forward to continuing to offer value across the SEC. We appreciate the agency’s confidence in our abilities to provide exceptional support,” added Ackerman.
